KADDU PHOOL KE PAKODE (PUMPKIN FLOWER PAKODA)
INGREDIENTS
Pumpkin flower : 12-15 pieces (as required)
Salt : 1/2 tsp (as per taste)
Sunflower oil : 1 tsp
Besan (gram flour) : 250 gram
PREPARATION
• Wash pumpkin flowers properly
• Remove the stem and seed from the flower
• Cut the flower into small pieces
• Take besan in a bowl
• Add salt and oil with besan and mix it properly
• Soak the pumpkin flowers in the besan
• Heat 8-10 tsp of oil in a kadai
• Pour pumpkin flowers in the kadai and fry it nicely
• Serve crispy pumpkin flower pakoda with tea
